Yosemite FallsYosemite Falls is the epitome of the scenery experience in Yosemite Valley. That's just my opinion, though; no way am I mocking Half Dome or El Capitan but let's face it: a waterfall is prettier to look at. Or, I just have a thing for water.
From the cemetery, me and the grandparents decided to hike our way towards Lower Yosemite Falls. I saw this little bridge leading us there that I Just had to photograph:
A scene in the wilderness that shot just for the hell of it.
At the base of the falls are tourists climbing over the slick rock. Ever since I was a kid it's always been this way. Even I climbed over them too -- how could you not? The water is so cold, the opportunity to be so close to nature's power is too overwhelming to resist.
And of course:
A mother-daughter moment:
Going away from Lower Yosemite on the trail and looking back, this time with Lower and Upper Yosemite Falls in full view.
